Amber Heard Claims Johnny Depp's Surprising Medical Condition
Tuesday 02 August 2022
Amber Heard's legal team made the shocking claim that Johnny Depp suffered from erectile dysfunction, which caused him to rage and sexually assault his wife with a wine bottle, according to pre-trial court documents.
In court documents seen by Newsweek, the Aquaman actor's lawyers talk about the Pirates of the Caribbean star's medical condition, saying it is "absolutely related" to "sexual assault."
"Although Mr. Depp would not disclose his penile condition, such condition is strongly related to sexual violence, including Mr. Depp's rage and use of a bottle to rape Amber Heard," the motion reads.
“Mr. Depp's erectile dysfunction makes it more likely that Mr. Depp would become angry or agitated in encounters with Amber Heard and resort to the bottle.
But, Depp's hotshot legal team responded to the claims by saying that Heird "wants a circus, and clearly intends to end the lawsuit down unnecessarily sleazy rabbit holes, including and particularly with respect to Mr. Depp's medical history."
During the ex-couple's defamation trial, which lasted six weeks, Heard tearfully told the court that Depp allegedly sexually assaulted her with a vodka bottle and even in 2015. I even threatened to "slash" his face with him during a fight in Australia. .
However, denying her claims, her ex-husband called the allegations "disgusting", "ridiculous" and "disgraceful", adding, "Nobody is perfect, of course not." None of us.
Depp said during his testimony, "But I've never in my life experienced sexual battery, physical abuse, committing all these things and living with him for six years and waiting for the truth to come out. All these weird stories didn't." . .
